Strength | Faith | ... and much more ...

Hi everyone - this one is not something about business ha ha ha ...
I want to share something about about strength and faith that recently flashing through my mind.

We all encounter our own bumpy roads in life. Me, some of my closest friends and family as well ...
I was born and raised as Christian in the family and until today I can't thank enough for my dad and mom for introducing me to Jesus, for making me believe in HIM, for making me trusting my life with HIM.
During my ups and downs, HE always with me, and I know that HE loves me so so so so much.
So at a time when I fell, HE always there to lift me up, pat me on the shoulder and say: rise up MY daughter for I AM always here for you in any step of the way!
When I am lost ... HE always looking for me hold my hands and led me back to the right path,
the path that supposed to be side by side with HIM.
When I am tired ... HE has HIS broad shoulder to cry on and HE always stroke my hair and say: cry away MY daughter so I can take away your burden!

A best friend of mine, give me a very great poem to share with ...
And I'm so lucky to have such a friend in her ... and in many others too ...
For they always be there to support me ... even though we are apart by distance
But daily comforting words and caring heart is always there for me
And I know that God map this out for me ... as always ... HE gives me what I need ...

So I scrapped it ... using my other best friend goodies :)
As she's the only one who keep designing kit about faith frequently ... that's why I love her *wink*

So here it is, hopefully this can be something sweet for any soul that read it ...

Yes Lord, it's me again and like always I'm in need
Though not for fame and fortune my heart is without greed
I'm just weary from the burdens and the strength I seem to lack
I'm not asking for a lighter load, Lord I just need a stronger back

There are times when the road gets rough and it's hard to carry on
When rest always seems out of reach and all but faith is gone
Make my mind think clearly and use the wisdom it's acquired
Don't let decisions come in haste when my body becomes tired

My feet always seem smaller than the shoes I need to fill
And that's when I still need you Lord and know I always will
Alone in weakness I would falter but if you'll walk by my side
I can persevere in troubled times and within your strength abide

When my knees start to tremble and I fear that I may fall
I bow my head and close my eyes and on you Lord I call
And I pray that you'll walk with me as I strive along my way
To give me strength when I am weak and courage when I'm afraid

No I don't want a lighter load when this weight is all I've known
All I ask for in times like these is the strength to carry on

Photography - Macro 100mm | A Simple Memoirs

Someone lent me a 100mm when I was asking around

which macro lens I should buy ...
He said that I should try to use it to make sure
that it's fit to my needs.
Here're some pictures I took with it:

A flower just outside my door, in my yard.
This plant always beautifully bloom and
in a one tiny plant, the flowers are so so many.
And with the pink color of the flowers
it definitely had become one of my favourite plant!

And here's my niece with her dad (my hubby's younger brother)
Her name is Viola, we call her Vio or Pio-Pio.
She's becoming a cute object of my photo target.
But it's hard to capture her because she's moving all the time.
She was watching Shawn The Sheep movie when I captured this.
A rare moment of having her sit tight for few hours LOL ...

And ... I was inspired by one of the photo challenge at IHeartFaces
It was about tiny toes.
And since Pio-Pio's toes are so damn cute,
I tried to capture them!
Here're some of the results, so adorable right!?

Here's Bianca and Pio-Pio.
Bianca is 5th and Pio-Pio is going to be 2.
I believe when they grow a bit older,
People won't even notice the age different.

Last but not least here's another flower outside my yard
Another beautiful one.
The plant was brought when I moved from
my rent house into the new one of my own.
So this plant kind of reminds me of my old house.

And to close today's blog post,
I want to share a sad news, My mom's sister passed away last night.
I loved her so much eversince I was a kid.
She was diagnosed with some allergic few months back
She was one of my guardian angel, she provided a home and food for me
when I was being bullied. We've tried to make her better but finally
God had another plan for her. He probably understand
that she no longer strong enough to carry on. So He got her back.
I burst into tears yesterday after uploading Bianca's birthday photos
and Raphael's concert photos at facebook while holding Bianca.
She's asking why I was crying and I couldn't explain :)
I pray that her son that she left behind, is going to be a tough one
and God'll provide a shelter - home - great leader - food
just like when her mom provided everything to me.
Amen.

Beginner Photoworks

Ok, I have this already in my facebook page

I've been in love with photography these last few years
But I haven't got the chance to buy a new camera, SLR
as an addition to my current gadget list LOL ...
Last Christmas, I got this present from my personal Santa
*wink wink* a Canon 550D of my own!
YAY!
Along together with the lens and tools:

Oh how I love it so much!
I take this picture above, my first cannon lens
and of course new 17-40mm
using a borrowed macro lens 100mm L series :D

I was torn by the way, whether I should use my real name
Winnie
or using
Charlize
as the "brand" in the photo ...
What do you think?

My husband think it's better to use Charlize instead of Winnie

I was having fun taking picture here and there

Last December 2011
along the journey from my current town
we're headed back to my hometown
just our small family and a nanny

We stopped by at Sarangan
a big lake in East Java, Indonesia
They have a very unique
and handmade shops around the lake:

Bianca and Raphael also got the chance to ride horses.
Bianca does love horses soo sooo much!

and I captured a very innocence and simply man
who's selling New Year's horn:

We also had the chance to eat and drink
a very traditional meals in Solo, Central Java
Look at the traditional lamp used to light the place:

And here's what we used to drink our tea
It's hot and sweet:

by a friend's help, I captured myself in front of our church -
GKI Coyudan - in the middle of chinatown in Solo, Central Java

and last but not least, it's me and my daughter Bianca
they're still pro and cons regarding whether we look alike
or she looks more like her dad LOL ...

Well, I might not describe it well enough but ... you may need to look around the site yourself!

Intermezzo

It's OCTOBER now and I just realized that time has passed by so quickly this month!
Have you all thinking about what you'd like to have this Christmas?
What you'd like your Christmas be?

I plan to decorate a totally different Christmas theme this year since last year we're having abroad holiday and didn't have the chance to get the Christmas tree out at all!

I was thinking of having a Tosca Theme for Christmas tree?
What do you think?
