DDW Scrap-A-Thon

Hi everyone and welcome to the first (of many) Scrap-a-thons here at DDW!!!

Here's how it works:

Signups will be open from Nov 6 until November 10th. Each week starting Friday the 13th, a new challenge will be posted. You will have until Wednesday at 11:59 PM EST to post your layouts in the gallery and in your assigned thread for voting. A panel of judges will go and vote for their favorites. There will also be eliminations although you are more than welcome to still participate in the challenge, however you won't be eligible for the prizes.

The Grand Prize winner(1) will receive a $50.00 CASH AMT in their PPal account
The Runner Up winner(1) will receive a Grab Bag full of coupons from the DDW Designers to be used in the DDW shoppe.

*please note, Dream Team and Designers of DDW not eligible for prizes*

Bellisima: A Collaboration Kit for Chris Turnbull

Chris Turnbull, is one of my first digiscrapbook friends that I found through this digiworld. Later on I know her ... she's a best friend any girl can ask for and a very dedicated mother to her children and family.

It was a "should be taken" offer when I found out that Bella is going to have a collaboration made for her. I won't tell her story here ... but you can read from her perspective in Bella Scraps. Please ... don't skip it ... you have to go there and read it.

At Bella Scraps, we’d like to honor her dedication and artistic talent by dedicating this kit entitled Bellisma, a collaboration of 15 designers, to Chris. The kit will be sold in the Shop and all proceeds will go directly to Chris and her family–hoping to lessen some of the financial burden she is facing especially with Christmas coming next month.
